Terms and Conditions

• Company: Refers to adocities , the provider of advertising space rental services.
• Client: The individual or business entity renting hoardings or LED screens.
• Services: The rental of hoardings, LED screens, and usage of the mobile application provided by adocities .
• Mobile App: The official application of adocities , used for managing advertising space rentals.

3.1 Scope of Services

adocities offers clients the ability to rent hoardings, LED screens, and access our mobile app for managing advertising space rentals. Additional installation and maintenance services are provided as part of the rental agreement.

3.2 Contract Term

The rental period is agreed upon between adocities and the client, and the start and end dates are defined in the rental agreement.

3.3 Installation & Maintenance

We handle all installation, maintenance, and removal of rented hoardings and LED screens, ensuring you receive a complete service unless stated otherwise in the contract.

4.1 Fees & Charges

All pricing details will be outlined in the rental agreement. Clients are responsible for paying the full amount, including any additional charges, by the due date specified.

4.2 Deposits

A refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned, provided the equipment is returned undamaged and in good condition.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be governed by the terms of the individual rental agreement. In most cases, early termination by the client does not result in a refund.

5.1 Proper Equipment Usage

The client is responsible for ensuring that the rented equipment is used correctly. Damages resulting from misuse or negligence will be the client's responsibility.

5.2 Compliance with Laws

The client must comply with all relevant advertising regulations, including those concerning content displayed on rented hoardings or LED screens.

5.3 Content Approval

adocities reserves the right to approve or reject content proposed by clients for display. Any content that is illegal, inappropriate, or harmful to public interest will not be approved.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

adocities is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment or the mobile app.

6.2 Force Majeure

adocities is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental regulations, or technical failures.

7.1 Client Termination

The client can terminate their contract by providing notice as outlined in the rental agreement. However, the client may be charged for any services provided up to the termination date.

7.2 Company Termination

adocities reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates any terms, fails to pay, or engages in illegal activities.

8.1 License

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use adocities 's mobile application solely for managing their advertising rentals.

8.2 Restrictions

Clients may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the mobile application.

8.3 Data Privacy

All personal and business information collected via our mobile app will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

11.1 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration Association.

11.2 Legal Fees

In case of legal disputes, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover legal fees and associated costs.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between adocities and the client, superseding any previous agreements.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder shall continue to apply.

12.3 Waiver

The failure of adocities to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
